Today I’m sharing a nice oya with you again. It’s crocheted by my lovely mum. I and my husband took our camera and visited my mum and she shared all her patterns willingly. Mums are always great-hearted towards their children, aren’t they? ;)

    Hello Vilma,
I’m Zübeyde. These patterns belong to me and in fact I don’t know how I can help you. I know English but it will take some time to learn crochet terminology. I try to present the most suitable and clear photos from which you can get the patterns easily. It is very very difficult to teach these patterns step by step. But you have a specific question on patterns I may try to answer.
Additionally, I don’t know any kind of written source teaching Turkish oya edging. (We usually learn patterns by just looking photos or original edgings. Having some basic knowledge about crochet, we easily solve a new pattern.)
